Fun Trip to Montrose!
On June 10th, 11 of us made a day trip to Montrose, CO. We went to the Ute Museum (which is fabulous). The museum is so well done and full of wonderful historic information about the Ute Indians.
We then had lunch at the Camp Robber, which was terrific. Lunch gave us time to visit with each other and enjoys some laughs. We then followed up with a trip to the candle factory – Blue Corn Mercantile. Candles were being made while we were there and it was interesting to see.
We had a fun day and a good time was had by all. We hope more people can join us on our next trip.
See our list of upcoming events in the panel on the right side. We worship every Sunday from 10:50 – 12:00, but we have many events happening every week, including many community-based groups who use our Church building to take their missions and social ministries out into the Grand Junction area!
